Opening multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or in the name of another person, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds held therein.

4.3 You are responsible for keeping your Account details up to date. If any of your details change — including your address, email, or mobile number — you must update your Account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may result in your Account being suspended pending re-verification.
4.4 jilive reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
4.5 Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jilive will not be held liable for any losses suffered by you as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. 8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilive platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

9.3 Balance on Closure. Where a breach has been established, the Balance may be withheld pending investigation and, where the breach warrants forfeiture, permanently forfeited.
9.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated as dormant. jilive will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder before any dormancy fee or closure procedure is applied. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the Balance of a dormant Account, provided the Balance permits. Once the Balance reaches zero, the dormant Account will be closed.
